Product images and descriptions

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only and viewing of an image may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst I do my best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.  I do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with all customers computers, tablets or phones.

Product availability

Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If your chosen item is not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Cards by Suze to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, every attempt will be made to keep you informed. NB – If you see a card with low stock availability and you would like to purchase more, please send an email with details because it may be possible to have more printed for you. If you have already paid for cards which are no longer available and the fault is mine, I will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT. You may pay by any major credit card, debit card or PayPal. Unfortunately, Postal order or Cheque payments are not accepted.

Accepting orders and security

When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer to buy. If your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, at which point you have entered into a legal contract with Cards by Suze. However, I will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if I feel it necessary, in which case I will e-mail you as soon as I can to let you know. In deciding whether to accept your order I may use the information you have given to me, or I already hold about you, or which I receive from any enquiry I may make with various agencies, to confirm your identity. This assists in protecting you and me from fraudulent transactions. If I decline your offer on security grounds I may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

Delivery

Cards by Suze currently offers delivery to UK mainland only. All cards will be sent via Royal Mail and the 2nd class service will be used to keep costs down. At checkout you are able to select either 2nd class standard mail or 2nd class Signed For. The Standard service has no reference number or tracking allocated and Royal Mail offer no compensation for loss or damage. If you choose the Signed For service, a proof of posting reference number is given by Royal Mail and they will obtain a signature at the point of delivery. This service includes up to £50 compensation in the event of loss or damage.

Every attempt to post the next day will be made but I am unable to specify exact delivery dates, so please allow up to 5 days after order date for posting and 5 days for Royal Mail to fulfil their promise of delivery. If there is likely to be a longer delay, you will be kept informed. I am not responsible for delays outside my control. If your order  is delayed by an event outside my control then I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DECEMBER ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE ROYAL MAIL LAST POSTING DATES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Cancellations & Returns

As greetings cards are a low priced item, it may not be cost effective to return a card for a refund, but I want you to be totally happy with your purchase, so if there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible (within 7 days) via email and I will do everything I can to resolve it. In the event of a refund being given, the card must be returned in its original condition. Unfortunately I will only refund return postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of my error.

Transit damage

All goods are examined prior to despatch to ensure that they are sent in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If you opted for the Royal Mail Signed For service, they offer compensation of up to £50. If you opted for standard delivery only, then please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
